Understanding the Bump at Witchmount Estate
The bump in and bump out at Witchmount Estate is a crucial component of our event planning process, ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed for a flawless experience. The below information allows for logistics, coordination with our team, and ensure that all elements align perfectly with the the hosts vision while also ensuring legal and risk requirements are covered.
We do try to be as flexible as possible however we do have some “rules” to ensure we are maintaining a safe workplace for both our staff, customers and to minimise the chance of work-safe needing to visit out venue.
Complete at least 5 days prior to arrival.
Vendors must complete this induction form at least 5 days prior. And if required, can easily upload their public liability forms here to ensure compliance and readiness for your event at Witchmount Estate.
Vendor Bump in - Bump Out Information.
Access: Supplier access is via the deliveries carpark behind the kitchen (take the right hand side of the fork) or the customer carpark. See map attached. Please call (03) 97471111 on arrival

Have You Worked at Witchmount Recently?
We require public liability insurance from vendors who may pose a risk to staff, guests or our property.
Which event space are we in?
We have multiple spaces across our estate. Please ensure you are aware which room you are booked for well in advance.
Bump in
Bump in for weddings is from 10am on the day of the event and 1 hour for non wedding events unless agreed in writing (depending if we have an event in the same room prior)
Bump Out
Please note, all items must be collected directly after events unless agreed with our events team in writing prior to event and must be removed and off the property no more than 1.5 hours after the event has concluded.
Additional Inquiries
Our events team are here to help between Tuesday to Friday 9-5pm. We often cannot take general calls about bump in, bump out requirements on event days unless you are calling about an event on the day you are calling.

Cake Drop Off
Please drop the cake to the back of our kitchen if it needs to be refridgerted. If being placed directly into the room, please arrive and introduce yourself to staff before placing cake.
